What do I wear to a class?

We recommend gym tights or shorts, a t-shirt or singlet and grip socks!

What do I need to bring to a class?

You will need to bring a drink bottle, grip socks and a towel or your own mat. Grip Socks are available for purchase from the studio also.

I'm pregnant, can I attend classes?

You can attend classes up to 15 weeks pregnant. 

​

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to attend?

Certainly not! Our classes are for all fitness levels and we will work with you to ensure you are comfortable however be prepared to be sore afterwards!

What age do I need to be to attend?

You must be 16 or older to attend a class.

​

Do I need to book to attend a class?

Yes, due to class capacities booking is required. We may not be able to accomodate you otherwise!

How do I book?

You are able to secure your place in a class by selecting the 'Book Now' button from our classes page and following the prompts. You are also able to secure your place by downloading our app and selecting your suited time slot. To download the app please enter your contact number at the bottom of the page and follow the link.

How many people are in each class?

My classes are capped at 4 people to allow more 1:1 time with each client. However if you are seeking a class alone, please select the 1:1 Private Class.

Can I attend if I have an injury?

Please contact us to discuss your injury prior to attending a class.
